Dear Sunset Park Homeowners,
The swimming pool will be closing October 17, 2021 (at the end of the day). We appreciate your assistance in making this another great and safe pool season.
Two new demarcation signs were recently constructed at the shared roads with Eulas Glen and Brittain Downs.
The path going down the hill to the swimming pool has been paved, and another layer of asphalt is scheduled to be laid in the near future.
A new fiscal year began in September. The HOA fee remains the same at $225 per quarter.
Important Reminders:
- Streetside shrubs need to be properly maintained, and all shrubs need to be living. The Fall is a great time to replace any shrubs that may have died over the Summer.
- Mailboxes need to be properly maintained. If your mailbox is faded, please consider painting it. If your mailbox placard is getting difficult to read, please consider ordering a new placard from Bozman Sign Company.
- Any exterior modifications/additions must be approved by the HOA prior to construction. This includes the construction of decks, patios, pools, gazebos, etc.
- HOA documents (such as the governing documents, rules & regulations, meeting minutes, financial reports, etc.) can be found on the HOA’s website (SunsetParkHOA.com).
