Sunset Park Special Notice (11/26/21)

Dear Sunset Park Homeowners,

We hope that this notice finds you well. 

In lieu of having an in-person annual homeowners meeting this year, the Board of Directors has opted to provide an electronic update to homeowners. This decision was based upon lingering COVID concerns in addition to the fact that we have never had a quorum at the in-person annual homeowners meetings. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the community, please feel free to contact the management company or any HOA Board member.

Please note that there will be no increase in the HOA fee in 2022. The HOA fee has remained unchanged at $225 per quarter since control of the HOA was transferred to the homeownership from the developer. 

The HOA has been able to accomplish several items in 2021. Some of these items are listed below:

– Constructed two demarcation signs at shared roads with Brittain Downs and Eulas Glen

– Paved the previously gravel path leading to the pool from the top of the hill

– Seal-coated and re-striped the pool parking lot

– Resurfaced the kiddie pool

– Made landscaping improvements at the main entrance

As a reminder, financial reports, meeting minutes, budgets, governing documents, rules & regulations, newsletters, and other important information can be found on the HOA’s website (SunsetParkHOA.com). Owners may register for access to private information (such as the neighborhood directory, meeting minutes, financial reports, etc.).
