Dear Sunset Park Homeowners,
Please see the attached waiver that may be signed and returned via email in order to have your pool access cards activated (and subsequently be able to use the Sunset Park pool). After reviewing and signing the waiver, please email it to SunsetParkHOA5@gmail.com (the signed waiver can be scanned and emailed with a phone if needed). When emailing the signed waiver, please type “Signed Waiver for” followed by your street address number in the subject line (1600 Sunset Park Dr. would type “Signed Waiver for 1600” in the subject line). Upon receiving the signed waiver, your pool access cards will be activated within one (1) business day.
The pool is currently scheduled to open June 15, 2020 (your pool access cards will not work until then). The pool will open each day at 12:00 PM (noon) and close at 8:00 PM. Only homeowners and their immediate family members will be permitted at the pool until further notice. If any changes are made to the opening date or hours, we will let you know.
